GCA Tech

Traces is a 100% Colombian design and development system led by GCA Technologies. Its objective is to give the Transit Secretariats of different cities the necessary tools to bring to the digital world all their day-to-day functions.

The most important part of this system is the tablet application, which will accompany the Transit Agents on the day-to-day reporting of the incidents. For GCA we re-build the customer journey of the Agents in the application, so that the application has a structured sense and a logical order in each of the processes.

The application allows you to fill the accident report very easily, allowing agents to evacuate the crash site much faster. Each part of the process was carefully planned, in conjunction with the company, to facilitate the input of data from accidents, vehicles, witnesses, etc.

One of the most interesting features, is the creation of the accident sketch. The process is versatile because it allows you to draw any scenario possible, but easy and quick to handle.
